Martin has been married to his wife, Beth, for 32 years. They have three children, 32, 30 and 27.
Over the course of his career, Martin has operated in multiple capacities, from president of a mid-sized, vertically-integrated manufacturing and sales company, Supra Group LLC, to a small, boutique winery, Cana’s Feast.
He has served on various nonprofit boards, including Master’s Men. Martin has also spent 14 years in Young Life, serving on the Western Washington regional team as Area Director of Seattle, Colorado. Additionally, he served on the board of Pro Athletes Outreach as the chair of the leadership transition team. He serves on the Northwest University Foundation Board and works with Agathos, where he co-founded the Freedom, Wealth and Poverty movement.
Martin finds great joy in working as friend to young entrepreneurs, spending as much time as possible sharing and talking about how we are called to “work out our salvation with fear and trembling” as businessmen. Core to his life is a deep aspiration is to see worldwide poverty fall below five percent in his lifetime.
Martin has his BA in Business from Seattle Pacific University.
For the past 20 years Monte has specialized in helping world-class companies envision and execute strategic thinking in the marketplace. He has worked with Fortune 100 companies, as well as promising startups, using his love of the strategic implementation of emerging brain science in the marketplace to benefit brands.
With a master’s degree in behavioral sciences from Fresno State University, Monte is passionate about playing a role in ending the Global Poverty Mindset, which he began thinking about while living in the developing world and serving on the Mercy Ship Anastasis with his wife, Christie, and two children. After returning home, Monte began to rethink his ideas about how our neuro-biology and brain chemistry can be used to transform the marketplace do good.
Monte co-founded Sozo Wine and Gifts and World Changers, companies with a goal to help amazing companies realize a positive ROI on the investments they make in causes and charitable giving. He believes we are only beginning to understand how the power of living generously is transformational to the self, others and our community at large.

Lucas Mack is an entrepreneur, author, speaker, consultant and podcast host. He founded and managed 4th Avenue Media, a million-dollar creative agency, for 10 years in addition to working as a management consultant for clients like Microsoft, T-Mobile and more.
He is dedicated to providing companies with ideas, products and services that improve clarity, employee engagement, and drive sales. His passion for inspiring executive teams to build deeper relationships with people inside companies is reflected in his writing, speaking, and executive consulting.
Lucas is the author of “Everyone Has a Plan Until They Get Punched in the Face,” a guide to developing a passionate and authentic story in order to achieve results. Prior to founding his agency, he was recognized for his storytelling as a TV news reporter, producer and host for ABC, NBC, and Fox affiliates.

Jesse has long been fascinated by the intersection of commerce and social change. With more than 15 years of experience in technology and bio-pharmaceutical industries, he brings a breadth of experience in technology, strategy planning and capital development. Jesse lives in the Settle area with his family, and has a degree in Business Administration from Pacific Lutheran University.
Kendra has a range of marketing experience working for a Seattle marketing firm and as a consultant. Using her skills to ignite the upward spiral of generosity is something she and World Changers have in common.
Kendra grew up in the Seattle area and attended the University of Washington. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking and playing competitive tennis.
